Steps of Montenegro Citizenship

Step 1

SA Consultant swill pre-screen your passport copy for government pre-approval. The response is in 24-48 hours. A down payment of the professional fees is required to open your application.

Step 2

SA Consultants' professional team will assist and advise you with the collection of the documents required according to the Government checklist.

Step 3

The required due diligence fees, government application fees and investment fees are payable to the designated Escrow account at this step.

Step 4

Your application is submitted to the Government of Montenegro.

Step 5

A citizenship certificate and passport are issued in your name. The balance of the professional fees is then paid.

Costs of Montenegro Citizenship​

There are two options for qualifying contribution for the Montenegro Citizenship-by-Investment Program:

1) Real Estate Investment

To invest in one of the development projects previously approved by the Government in underdeveloped regions of Montenegro.

To invest in one of the development projects previously approved by the Government in the developed regions of Montenegro.

In addition to the purchase of real estate, there are Government fees to be paid:

There are compulsory background checks payable to the Government preferred due diligence agency that will use Interpol, World-Check and other Government agencies to screen applicants based on their application.
